Founded by Nerveen Al Jabban, Naj is a creative hub that empowers fashion talent, from concept to creation.

Launched on November 23, 2017, Naj Enterprise began with Naj Academy,
a specialized fashion design academy offering professional training in design, sewing,
brand development, and fashion marketing.

To support our graduates and meet the growing demand for high-quality garment production,
we later expanded with Naj Tags, our sewing atelier, to bring fashion ideas to life.
Naj Tags produces student collections, client orders, and custom pieces with attention to detail and expert skills.

Meet the Founder

Nerveen is a Lebanese entrepreneur based in the UAE with more than 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, known for her bold leadership in fashion and business. She is the founder and CEO of Naj Academy and the visionary behind Naj Tags, where she empowers the next generation of designers through education, innovation, and mentorship. She also supports them by providing real-world experience and helping them connect with people who can open doors in their career journey.

Her journey began in Lebanon and grew in the UAE, where she built a specialized academy and practical training programs that prepare future fashion leaders. With a clear vision to merge fashion with technology and elevate women in the industry, Nerveen continues to shape the region’s fashion scene, one designer at a time.
